New Entity and industry but old Entity had a default Any Lenders?

Have a merchant who had a construction business - Defauted on two advances closed the business and now started a new business - Trucking and is averaging about 60k/month.

Will anyone fund this? New entity, new industry.

    Please advise and thank you

Try last chance funding only if the merchant has proof that he has paid the defaults even if he opened a new entity. You always want to make sure the file is clean and even help the merchant by educating him if the balance is low to pay it off as that will help him prosper to better opportunities.
