    Can Capital is the only one that I know of that does it. They can do down to 5% ownership have no idea how they do it but they do. everyone else is 40%+

    honestly, most people will change the operating agreement depending on the scenario , Or they will draw up an additional operating agreement and change the ownership percentages to get the financing they need.

    so have fun, and everyone that owns 10% on an operating agreement can all of the sudden become 90% with 3 key strokes.
