I know Yellowstone has a unique way of running their shop. So my question is, are the offers coming out of there essentially your rep's taste in deals? So someone with a more conservative rep may be getting way smaller offers than someone with a more drunken rep?

The amount you get approved for really depends on your rep. Every rep I ever had has heard me out and bumped terms and dollar amounts for me when it made sense to do so. You want to monetize your C - D paper files there is nowhere better. You gotta call them up and ask for 5 more days or a couple thousand more they will do it. When your clients best offer is for 75 day and you get a 5 day bump that may seem like nothing but I win deals with that all the time.
