$10M Asset Loan vs Ownership Share in an NFL Team
My client owns a minority share in a NFL franchise worth $30M. He needs a short term loan against said asset for $10M.
This is part of a much larger $100M deal.

because lenders the five to ten million dollars of capital available in these types of businesses are sitting and waiting on dailyfunder just to find these type of deals....
