I'm looking for someone to entertain a 3rd position or buyout of clients merchant loans. He does over one million a year in sales and currently has 20K (originally 60K) out in merchant loans. He apparently has had a number of NSF's and negative activity. I believe he may be a good bet with some creative thinking to bring his daily ACH to a reasonable amount - and reduce those NSF's etc.

Only respond if you actively look at stacked positions and have awarded funding in the face of it. I am not interested in sending packages-and then hope that lightning strikes. If you do these type of deals - and there is a reasonable chance of funding then I'll be happy to send it over.
