    Line of Credit for Construction Company

    Construction company (commercial / residential remodeling) on pace to do $34 mill this year. $1.5 mill in B2B AR. They are looking for a $400k line of credit. Owner has 700+ credit score. No current loans or credit lines.

    Who does larger lines of credit deals?

    We have done a couple of these this past week but the company will need commercial AR. More like invoice factor line of credit..

    We have partners that will do this- dominion of cash- non notification.. Money is more expensive than other industries due to volatility, milestones, and retainage.

    Can't be work up to Bond..
