There's plenty of ISO shops in Miami. Probably a couple more founded since I started writing this post.

It depends on what you are looking for and your previous experience.

Do you want to have inbound leads ?, or are you a hunter-gatherer ...or hunk kill eat repeat type of salesperson

Do you need to have leads provided to you or you can just pick up the yellow pages or dial right off of Manta and generate interest

This all makes a difference on where you are going

Be careful where you go.

Just make sure their marketing lines up with your goals


and know the rules to 1099 / draw/ commission /w2 and be coachable

read the contract. chances are, if you get a draw, you won't get to keep any accounts you get funded after you leave or they leave you

You do not create wealth having a JOB ...just over broke

You create wealth either in financial services, real estate or by building a business

Ps. When I said I was surrounded by water with a hurricane bearing down on me and I was on the phone trying to fund a deal with Yellowstone...and if it hit me directly it would wash over us, I wasn't kiddng lol
6 months from now I will be taking on more brokers... I am old and have to take a rest from all the smart brokers telling me how they are going to send out postcards or do emails or by d and beat st leads

Plus we came here to go boating, wet bike/ jet ski etc. How the hell i got roped back into sales is beyond me...oh yeah I remember
