    CHURCH - HARD MONEY - Anyone?

    Church, hard money, anyone?

    I've got two churches

    35% loan to value on one and 65% on the other.

    Well, i have first hand experience with this, the short answer is no, and we learned the hard way..

    We provided funding on two churches in north east florida based on tithings and real estate value, church was extablished for 30 years under same pastoral staff. to make a long story short, our terms were 6 mohtns based on a bank refinance - bank turned them down.


    Nobody wants to be in the courtroom foreclosing on a chiurch.Trust me, we've been there.

    Should have gotten the direct split on the tithings.

    not hard money but griffin church loans brokers them. That is all they do
