Your best bet is Business Backer; construction is preferred for them and they have strong buy rates with a 550+ credit score requirement. It may be a non-starter with August's decline though. I would also also try BFS or GRP.
Edit: TBB requires 1+ years in business so disregard. I am unsure about the TIB minimum for BFS/GRP.Last edited by rdgllc; 09-26-2018 at 06:19 PM.

Has over 180k in AR and 100k in new signed contracts. Need a funder that will take that into consideration.

I can broker it for you and pay 80/20 split
Understand the following
He may WANT a 6 month deal but realistically will get a 80 day advance, but can renew at 60 days.
My question is always as follows:
How are you (Mr. Merchant ) going to put this money to work? This is not walk around cash, this is not something I want people using for payroll or taxes. The right answer is to buy materials and invoice a completed job.
He really needs to understand 80 days is about right for him, he puts down materials, builds jobs, gets paid and puts the money to work on another job, rinse and repeat!
Feel free to call me anytime, I am good at closing these unicorn chasers
