if mca will be paid off by secured loan COJ should affect anything. If its secured they shouldn't care about COJ since they have the collateral if it goes belly up

WHere would a COJ "Show Up"

Are you serious? A COJ sits filed away with the Lender until/IF the Merchant defaults.

This just sounds sketchy. Usually I would jump all over this, I love 60 Day Terms. But this is a major red flag - I dont know if this is your wording (as an uneducated broker) or the Merchants - but it is not a good look and almost spells out default.

Most UCC's are not filed unless the merchant defaults now adays ANYWAY

So your good on COJ AND UCC
