First, is there anyone that would do a true start up, other than using Business Credit Cards as funding?

Secondly, we have a merchant that is a tougher deal. He unfortunately got involved with MCA Recovery through one of his earlier advances. Currently, he has according to his August bank statement (2) outstanding advances (getting updated balance information).

We have a pay-off letter on the MCA Recovery issue. Yes, we know that once you are on that list, it is a huge black mark. But, we are asking any direct lender if they would be interested in taking a look at the file given the facts that have been presented. This probably would be an additional position, as a consolidation probably would not work.

2) The fact he got two advances AFTER MCA recovery is amazing. The saturation of funders in the industry has them fighting for toxic scraps. If you find a pile of dog**** in a dog park, you can get $20,000 at 1.49.
