They have an opportunity to purchase a new machine that washes the cars. He has a machine in place that is old and has been having maintenance issues and he wants to replace it.

The company has an opening to install it in Oct so he needs $150k for about 4-8 weeks until his business line comes in.

Credit is over 800 on all 3 bureaus.

He owns the property which was appraised at $550k, and he owes around $150-200k on it.

Looking for something quick with little paperwork. Would syndicate on it as well.

depends on his rev but if he can pay it back quick then loanme gives solid offers, interest is crazy if you carry the debt throughout the whole term but if he can pay it back by october that might be the best way to go. they give approvals fairly quick, HOWEVER they can only fund in certain states, and I dont know if WA is one of them
