Been hearing that there are a few companies doing straight consolidation of a 4+ advances with no cash out. We see these all the time but usually just put them in the turn downs

If there is collateral available, we will do these consolidation loans and the borrower doesn't have to net a minimum.

I've done a few with Fusion Capital, they won't do that high of a total amount though. I believe up to 25k they can consolidate.

As for no cash out- sometimes they net the actual amount they request! I specialize in "common sense" lending, clear answers (yes and no), and helping brokers and sales agents conquer the world. Well... Their own world
