i work with a couple of lenders that will close on just an application, a credit report(down to a 500 score, and sub 500) and an appraisal -- 65% ltv and 40% on land

Any other hard money lenders out there that can claim to do that? I mean even vacant properties, no financials, non-income producing, just straight up hard money on the appraisal value without all the questions... etc, etc....

when you say land do you mean land with property on it or straight up raw land?

Raw land - can do up to 40% ltv. Depending on state. What state is it in?
