Restaurant doing $300k a month in gross needs a home

I have a restaurant, that is grossing $300k, doing around $125k in CC.

Their banks are just heinous. Beg and ending balances are just barley positive.

    Vader declined is.

They processing using a first data omaha platform.

    Any takers?

I know it is ugly, just thought i would throw it out there.
I put my contact info in here, and
was bombarded with spam from funders

Do not send it to these poseurs. They’re brokers who pretend to be funders. They’re full of ****. If you need to contact them, just check your spam folder, because they spam the **** out of everyone.

You just joined the forum last month - no one has heard of your company.

You say partners... so you fund your own deals?

We specialize in deals with weak banks and strong processing volume. Would be happy to take a look at it.

    Deal Submissions:
Fully completed and signed application (Majority owner fills this out and signs)
Two most recent business bank statements with all pages OR merchant business bank account username and password
Most recent 4-6 months credit card processing statements with all pages OR merchant processing account username and password
Copy of owners driver license or passport (Will need this before funding is released)
If deal will be $50,000 or more we need the 2017 tax return OR year to date 2018 profit and loss statement with balance sheet
If there is an existing funding/cash advance we need to know the balance and will need a payoff letter to move forward
Please ask your merchants about liens & judgments before submitting deals. This can save everyone time.

We should be able to offer on this. We are OK with up to 15 negative days a month on a split.

ha, love this guy. Thanks. The deal is a dog anyway. Guy has so many advances. He has a weekley payment and he is trying to tell me it is a LOC. Never seen a bank get paid weekly on a LOC before.

Good morning. Negative days, NSF's, & multiple advances can easily be overlooked if the borrower owns real estate. Please feel free to give me a call to discuss the file in a little more depth. 212-220-0175. Thanks, Robert
