I have a client looking to expand his hospital in Texas. They are looking for 2.5MM to expand their hospital to double their patient capacity. They currently have a note on the hospital 15MM and the hospital was recently appraised just over 29MM. We are trying to find someone that would either be able to provide the 2.5MM needed for the construction or for around 17-18MM to pay off the current loan on the property and have enough cash to complete the project.

Looking for a lender that specialized in hospitals if possible

How quickly does the client need the funds? There are Institutional Debt options- alleging the Hospital is Cash Flowing and the Projections with the new Beds/Departments support the debt service.
