    yeah but they are doing billions in volume over there. It must just be your deals they are killing. Marcus funds millions daily.

    That is the reason that they gave me.Bottom line it will cost to much since a ton of deals die in uw daily.

    I will just never understand why they dont save every ones time and efforts and UW b4 they give out contracts like the norm, noone wants to send files to go thru all the steps and have the merchant mailing **** out to then say oh btw the deals dead heres another contract lol feel like that wastes more time

    It gets expensive.

    They used to do it that way, then you havemerchants backing out and the underwriting costs go through the roof.

    This way contracts in, then all the expenditure happens.

    If you put money into your own deals youd know why this way is better.

    LOL. Sometimes it appears like some "funders" are actually set up as collection agencies #1 first and foremost and funders #2. Either side of the coin can dictate how they underwrite. If we all want to admit it like big boys and girls, it is not difficult to identify a file that is a poster child for default. But why not monetize it anyway as part of the game it seems -- Sometimes.
