NY based atty, avg deposits 50K/mo. He's got 3 positions open currently, which total 30K. He'd consolidate the positions into a new advance, provided he gets decent funding amount on a new position.

He had a default judgment with a previous position, however the judgement has been paid and it's been vacated by the court.
