Phoenix Real Estate Investor Needs $1mm
Phoenix RE investor has (38) homes debt free with $400k in rental income. Has a 714 fico and needs $1mm to develop (8) additional homes. Any ideas?

Hey,
I could work this out for you. It may have to be 2 deals, because of the amount requested and how much they do a month. Credit is great so that's not an issue.
