Any ideas for best lenders in the trucking industry to purchase additional trucks? Also, will their invoice factors work against them since almost all trucking companies have lots of invoices out there and they have to factor them for cash flow?

Retail Capital will fund trucking companies. If they have a UCC filed against the business for their current factoring arrangement we would want to have a reference to make sure they are current.

New Era Lending will fund trucking companies. We have no problem filing a UCC after a factoring company so they can have the first UCC and help the merchant secure the necessary factoring.

Your client would benefit much more with a 3-5 year lease at much lower rates than a short term loan.
The other option we offer, that might help, is a long term unsecured loan that has monthly payback and often is less expensive than a truck lease.

What are the terms and what does he need to qualify for the long term loan?

Cooper has no problem with trucking companies. We provide funds for both down payments paired with more traditional truck financing and total purchase price advances

We allow the trucking companies to use any free and clear trucks they own as leverage to increase loan amounts.

If they have free and clear trucks as collateral which they want to use, then yes we will. What state are they located in?

Bad credit trucking companies that leverage collateral for a lease will get a nice $120K payback for $50K. Sell that ROI!
