J.M. Smucker's $375M deal for its U.S. baking business is done



The J.M. Smucker Co. has completed the $375 million sale of its U.S. baking business, a deal that includes the iconic Pillsbury brand. The buyer is Hometown Food Co., a wholly owned portfolio company of private equity funds Brynwood Partners VII L.P. and Brynwood Partners VIII L.P. (Crain's Cleveland Business)
