Merchant owns sportsbar fico is 650
property worth about 300k
balance on mortgage is 129k
needs hard money had recent BK dismissal
Do about 50k a month in deposits
owns liquor license
needs to move quick on this
looking to cash out for as much as possible to expand business and take advantage of busy season (football season)
