Hard Money
Merchant has a Residential Property In Nevada, Has owned for over 2 years. Property is Valued at 1.1 Million , Merchant owes $550,000.00 On property. Merchant Just looking to net 100k , anyone think they can get this deal done ?
Merchants credit is over 500 , but not over 600.

Merchant is renting the Property out at the moment.
Its 7 bedrooms.
