I have a client that doesn't want to sign one if there is a personal guarantee...Now I see many Performance guarantees from the jist of it this is the same thing from what Im getting.

Depends on if the contract is a purchase sale MCA or a business loan. Any companies using web bank , bank of the internet, etc and doing actual loans, require a pg. the mca, should only require a performance pg
