They are New Era, or at least used to be known as New Era. 4-8 month deals, 1.41 - 1.49 sell rates.

I used to Fund alot with New Era - weren't they Genesis at one point? Or maybe that was Nextwave's former name. I dunno, all these companies are confusing enough - then with the name changes....it gets ridiculous

I also thought New Era became a Platform style broker like Funding Floorish

Will take a look and fund same day. Lately we have an entire funding room from morning to night funding calls all day! with that said i have not hear bad word about bizfund.

They aren't bad, they are more competitive for 3rd and 4th positions than for 1st and 2nd. max term is 7 months and i don't believe they offer more than 300-400K. I deal with Lea over there and she is great.

I've funded plenty with Bizfund. Solid, fast approvals. They are great to work with, and they will work with you to get a deal done.

I've heard the same thing. But unless someone has documentation or does a site inspection can't really tell for sure

Go ahead and do a streetview of that address. Then note that there is a company called Green Note Capital Partners. Green Note's address:

2367 McDonald Avenue, Brooklyn NY, 11223.

That address comes directly from Green Note's ISO agreement.

i actually know who they are. They have a different back door shop that i caught. not affiliated.
