    What are you talking about? I am providing a facility right now for a manufacturing company with no equity, a tax lien, and huge customer concentration. Bad things happen to good companies..... picking the ones you chose to do business with is the trick.

    Yes, I am owned by a bank, but can still work with challenged credits. There are a few bank owned factoring companies in the US. And some banks that are extending facilities to cash advance companies so in turn those companies can help their clients.
