    Puerto Rico? Who's funding there?

    With 1st Global stepping out of the market, that leaves a very small group of funders who are in Puerto Rico.

    half of the islands 3.3M people lived in poverty prior to the hurricane and has unemployment over 11%. 500K+ people have fled for the USA in the past decade in search of jobs. Seems risky
