Imitation is the Highest form of flattery, but still not authorized!
Over the past 3 months, we have been notified of a couple instances where someone was contacted by a company using a similar name and website as Elevate Funding. Our investigation into this matter determined that someone was not only misleading merchants and ISO partners alike, but impersonating our company by providing our company’s website, name, and likeness to obtain data from merchants. We even obtained a recording where they identified themselves as Elevate Funding three times, over the phone.
Elevate has built a trusted reputation of transparency, ethical practices, and customer service. While we were able to identify and hopefully put a stop to this company’s practice, we wanted to make you aware that a Elevate Funding Solutions/Elevate Cap Funding has been representing themselves as Elevate Funding in both emails and phone calls.
If you or one of your merchants has been contacted by this company, please let us know! It’s possible that the individuals behind this have done the same practice with other funders. Please keep in mind the following:
- Elevate is based in Florida and only has one office.
- We are a 1st position only direct funder and will never solicit for 2nd+ positions, refer to ourselves as a “lender”, nor do we work with “multiple in-house lenders.”
- We do not have an in-house sales team, so no one from Elevate should be reaching out to sell your merchants on anything without your knowledge. WE DO NOT BACKDOOR.
- Any marketing emails will either come from support@elevatefunding.com or ken@elevatefunding.com, if it’s from anyone else, it is NOT us.
- We NEVER ask for COJs or personal guarantees.
We are taking this matter very seriously and will continue to monitor this situation, and any potential reoccurrences that may take place in the future.

Yep...over the years I've heard from ISO's several Stories of a new funding company offering high commissions coming out of the woodworks and after taking submissions for a week bouncing fake offers all contact came to a halt and all submissions were attacked by multiple brokers during that time.
