I've seen their name come up a few times on the forums but knowing how many brokers advertise themselves as lenders, wanted to confirm. Has anyone here worked with them? Thanks.

Quickfunder, we are a direct lender, but have a direct sales force as well. On deals they originate, the direct sales force has the ability to either bank a loan in house, or broker to other lenders.
