I have a merchant doing 1.5mm per month, with absolutely stellar credit, true A paper, doing 1.5 million a month seeking 1.2 million in funding EXCEPT he wants the term to be at least 3 years. Is there anybody out there that would take on a 3 year deal? Does that lender exist or do we need to look at other alternatives like loans? I would ideally like to pull off an mca but I dont know anybody that would do more than 2 years.. Any takers?

No one will offer a 3 year MCA.

WestCoast is right: nobody is putting out 3 year MCA's. There are Funds that we work with however, that will deploy capital and receive it back monthly over 3-5 years- with a payment that is a percentage of monthly sales. The cost of capital is typically less than an MCA but more than institutional debt.

UW time is approximately 30 days. Financials and growth trajectory are the things that interest those funds most..

No one will go out so long on an MCA but if you can get it done for a year or less dont hesitate to reach out to me.
