Look at these ex AIG executives set up in St Petersburg Florida because they want to be where the wealthy people are
Kinda near my office In St Petersburg Florida near the investment banks and hedge funds. I guess I do not have to worry ...I don't sell insurance anymore, I wont get dragged back in..that crash of 185 billion was enough for me.
( don't forget to add in the massive loan losses...i ducked under those too)
I can promise you the least of my worries is mini regulationLast edited by Karen37a; 08-28-2018 at 10:01 AM.

I was though
Independent sales force placing business thru AIG
And instead of it being a "funder" or Lender
They create an organization and decide who to place business thru, if they get big enough ...yes they can pay themselves a salary
And some insurance agents are employees...some independent "isos" and some are captive ( can only represent one company) and some are not.
I was Non-captive -independent
Kinda like an iso...then you build ...turn into isos of isos
and you can cross-sell products like i did...loans...mutual funds.iras
Through building these sales forces I realized that some people can only be a single member shop...some 3-5 some 30. Depending on the persons ability and their choices.
# 1 factor...the person has to be able to lead a sales force and close sales...no one will respect you if you cant.
Salespeople respect salespeople and business builders...unless they are paid ...then they will do whatever they are told or what they are paid for...until they have value and reach an executive level or mgr etc, No matter what you must provide value to the organization.Last edited by Karen37a; 08-28-2018 at 10:34 AM.
