I’d add another small piece of wisdom (for late Friday tip):
Never ever fund a deal that has the word “RUSH” or any of the following words in the submission-

    Urgent
    ASAP
    Deadline
    Top priority

Because you will probably lose your money.

Amen to this lol. I can usually tell when a merchant has a bad risk profile when he's blowing my phone up and emailing me literally non stop over the course of 2 hours. It never fails, once I pre-qual him he always has about 7 Neg Days a month, 10 NSFs on average per month, 550 fico, and probably about 3 stacks.....but he needs funding as soon as possible and at the best possible rate

I have no Idea what anyone is saying regarding the term "rush" I offer our ISO's to use the term RUSH when ever they feel the merchant is shopping and need to get the merchant a quick offer. it usually results in a lightning-speed-offer and then results in contracts-back-same-day and funds SAME DAY!!! So i disagree and find the RUSH-OFFERS IN SUBJECT EMAILS seem to perform along the same as Non-Rush subs-to funded-files.
