California Res Home Refi 525 App. 350K Ln Self Emp 1 yr 1MM restau 630 Credit
Need a help with this residential refi. Primary residence. Client has HELOC for 150K needs an additoinal 200K cash-out. Property will appraise at 525. LTV will fall around 66%. Client bought a restaurant in 2017. Gross sales over 1MM. 2016 Client had income from multiple investments. Looking for 4.5% approx 30 year term. In a rush. You won't find anyone here that will refi a primary.
