I wonder if their term loans are principal only

Since no MCA ever pays interest this seems like a deceptive sales practice. By definition the MCA is a purchase of receivables at a discount to face value. Therefore the "profit made" is certainly not interest--call it a capital gain or something else but it never was "interest"

Yeah, simply saying that its "interest free" is meant to deceive.

Funder: Get money from us. Its Interest Free!
    Merchant: No interest at all?
    Funder: No Interest At All!!
    Merchant: I need $100,000.
Funder: We'll give you $100,000. Interest FREE!!!!
Merchant: So I just pay you back $100,000?
Funder: No, you pay us back $149,000!!!!
Merchant: $149,000 is paidback on the $100,000?
    Funder: $149,000!!!
    Merchant: $149,000?????!!!!
    Funder: $149,000! Interest FREE!!!
Merchant: But you said its Interest Free? Why am I paying back 149%?
Funder: Because its a factor rate!!!
Merchant: Whats the benefit of being INTEREST FREE?!
    Funder: You don't pay Interest!!!!

You for got about the special they have. If you order two advances, you get the second one interest free too. All you have to do is order them separately and pay for shipping and handling.
