Just a little friendly advice. Most people who have been on this forum for a while are brokers, cash advances,factors, asset based lenders, and some real estate lenders. The most reputable people on this forum that claim they are lenders, factors, or advancers usually use their real name, let people know their company and share full contact details. The reason for this is because there are some that will join the forum, hide under an alias, and claim to be things they are not or claim to do things they cannot. Example: You are claiming that you can finance $50Mil debt deals with your financing partners/hedge funds. I have been around capital markets for quite some time and have financed every aspect of a balance sheet for over 28 years. I can count on one hand how many hedge funds or any institution for that matter are writing $50Mil check to one middle market or lower middle market company.

Also, I hope you are fully registered to be working with public companies or IPOs.

Eugene, you lost me when you said $50 million LOCs and that you've helped many companies go public. When I go to the Funding Zone website, it says you work with merchants who do at least 5k in credit card processing a month. Tell me why you shouldn't be banned.
