Biz2credit inquiry
Hey guys. I requested a pay-off letter from Biz2credit a few days ago and still have not received anything. Does anyone else have this issue or any suggestions as to how I can expedite this request?

Keep calling and pressuring, maybe have the merchant call and pressure them also. Stay on top of your merchant see if they are getting calls to renew etc. Everyone has their policies on pay off letters most make you wait 24 hours.

they will renew your client to cut you out, Specially sense you asked for the letter, They will only give the payoff letter to your client. Originally Posted by elijah.g

Pretty sure Biz2Credit only works directly with merchants and rarely accepts ISO business. Maybe have the merchant request.

Have the merchant call and say " I am requesting a payoff, and if you dont provide it to me i will freeze your ach payments and or change bank accounts" guaranteed you'll get a response.
