Yes some other isos have trained some of my brokers on their 90 day salary...i get it

    I tried to preach 1099 model...against my own interests...too nice I guess

This seriously has been a joke of a nightmare...experienced isos sending their scrubs up the road for a salary.LOLOL

add** People yelling at me ...we are not a loser like YOU...we pay people 70k YEAR.. for the love of pete stfu already

    __

not that the op is a scrub

    Marcus...when I kept saying " I was a master general agent" insurance

you don't just recruit a broker ...you pick up the whole Iso ( general agent) , lock stock and barrel ...you take over their book and all the brokers

you move to the next pick up the agency get the whole book and people... that's how you get out to 500 licenced brokers fast

Or you create them...they move from cold caller to fronter to closer to iso

some were doing both...and loans..and investments

    See you at the Top

karen no one land grabbed isos and agents like me in the early 2000's for the credit card processing world. this was years before linkedin -- i am not bragging just letting you know grabbing agents across the country is 19 years in the works for me . and if i tell you how i found agents you would find it hard to believe but ill tell you one of the most out-of-the-box projects EVER done.. i had teams calling merchants across america asking them who signed them up to accept credit cards (remember before linkedin was very hard to find the end agent) i would get 30-40 agents numbers a day and i had teams calling these agents pitching our programs to push merchants at! NO ONE HAS EVER DONE THAT by the time the smoke cleard we had 40,000 merchants!

first piece of advice . if you are new do not offer help to others https://dailyfunder.com/showthread.p...9663#post99663
next work for someone , like any industry without a mentor or learning the ins and outs you will sink .
final piece of advice is be careful from some of the people on here that will offer you advice . No one will give you their secret sauce

sure someone here will give you all the information that took them years of pain to learn and test and market and try again just so you could open up a shop next door to them.. I will show you at 5,000 an hour..
