Can anyone fund using a Digital Notary?

Hi all,

I need help finding a home for a current merchant of mine who we have offers for but is currently in New Zealand (second home). She is unable to get a US notary but can get a "Justice of Peace" stamp or a Digital Notary.

3rd position deal 15k.

Please do not reply if this is not possible and will die at the time of funding.

Have merchant go to the nearest US consulate or embassy. In my understanding this is the only sufficient solution.

Not sure why Notary ? many of our deals NEVER need notary (on micro-files for-sure NEVER)...
