We might be able to go up to our program max range here of 14-18mo. But a 1.25-1.28 over 12 is doable if everything checks out.

We'd need to see a full tax return for 2017 to see what the expenses actually were that created the taxable loss. Depending on if he wanted $100k+ we'd need to see a balance sheet + P&L recent to within 60 days as well.
