They were crazy...they would cut the girls panties or stockings.( I was really the only female broker who made it thru the training they tortured them and made them cry...like west coast tried to do to me..he is equal opportunity though) Also, have a whiteboard for the secretaries who walked by...lift their skirt and have bets...what colour underwear and grandma drawers or thong etc.

I wore a tie......black with red iips on it, until it was cut...hung it on the rear view mirror, put it on the next day again...one guy tried to put my name on that betting board once..tried to lift my skirt on red thong day.. I Hit him with my stiletto heel...fun fun fun lol

Its best to narrow down funders ...find the deals they like and not go outside to people who will drive you nuts..not worth it

I totally understand your nutso point of view, sometimes you have to experience this to protect the next files more closely. We all need to watch the lenders with a fine comb, & vice versa.

lol protect the book of business...its like stocks when brokers moved from firm to firm ...taking the book with them.

Also...deal with people who actually want the merchants to pay the money back, skin in the game ( which is why I am attracted to hedge funds, private money, not banks)...other is like churning

Brokers suck, but funders suck, too. Merchants suck the worst. Aside from that, the industry is great.

You see people take insurance policies out on their children or spouse to kill them for 50k....omg forget a book of business worth millions.

When I fund with you guys it's always easy breeeeeeeeezy, even up to getting the ach in my account, the whole bit. I try every lender to see how it goes but these guys are ridiculous, they tried to backdoor twice on one file. Say what's up to Michelle & Joe for me.
