I sent you an PM with a reference.
If the personal is okay, then you can get them to the bank, and make money on the referrals.

If he has established credit, then have him apply for an Amex platinum or Chase saphire.

...there are levels or grades of "business credit" and more than one source.

There are credit scoring algorithms along with business scoring algorithms that determine which type of product is right for each client.

Not knowing these algorithms cause excessive hits on the credit( which lowers the score) because you must know the exact criteria for approval or you just hit the credit for no reason

Depending on these factors there are varied sources. Brokers who are experienced can do initial pre underwriting on the files ...it is not one size it's all. Then they send the file to the funder /lender that they have an existing relationship with.

Those require a personal guarantee. Kind of defeats the purpose of having business credit established.

Every business LOC that I know of requires some sort of PG especially if it's unsecured. Who do they go after if it goes bad? The only question you need to know is if there's real recourse. If the business goes BK, then there's no problem. A property owned by an LLC that goes bad, the recourse itself is against the LLC. But someone's credit report will get hurt, and they'll need to come after someone.

The advantage of a BLOC that you're referring to is that it doesn't report to the personal credit as long as it's in good standing.

Alternative to MCA and LOC for biz

    • No PG (personal guaranty)
    • No COJ (Confession of judgment)
    • No bank info needed
    • Monthly Payment (you pay from an invoice, not directly from your bank account)
    • Qualify for $20K +
    • Must be in business at least 4 years and have a decent D&B Paydex Score. (NO HOME BASED ALLOWED)
    • The use of the funds are not restricted in any way.
    • Financing Fees of 16% of rebate amount taken out of rebate proceeds
    • Last 3 months of payments held out of rebate amount
    1) At least 4 years in business (verifiable through secretary of state online verification)
    2) No home based businesses
    3) No business BK's or Judgments
    (personal is okay)
If they show interest and meet the above rules, we will pull a Business Experian Report.
If this looks clean, we'll then pull the
    D&B report..

    HOW:

You receive $20,000 to $50,000 or more in cash back in to your business bank account within 8 to 10 business days by getting 50% of the pre-tax/pre-interest price of leased IT/Computer equipment:

    1. One of our network vendors gets you approved through a leasing bank for an equipment lease (1-2 business days)
    2. You sign the lease docs electronically once you agree to the terms. (1-2 Days)
    3. The vendor ships the server and you sign for the server. (usually 4 days)
    4. The same day you get the server, you will receive the rebate bank check from the vendor.

    Remember
    1. You will have a monthly payment. However; after the tax deduction under IRS code 179 the real cost will be about 25% less per month because of the tax deduction
    2. You are getting the server because this is not a loan or cash advance and the server is just a tool or venue to get the cash. It is a lease with a vendor rebate.
    3. There is a $1 buyout after 5 years of payments (or 3 years if you choose that option).
    4. This does not count as a cash advance position.
    5. There is no personal guarantee with this if the business credit is good.
    6. You can take a 3 year term with higher monthly payments to save on interest (about$9,000 to $10,000 in total interest savings on every $25,000 in cash you receive).
    7. This is not an equipment cashout method, as the equipment is legitimately leased.

EXAMPLE Finance Amount Options and Payment Amounts for 60 Month Terms:
    $25,000 cash rebate on a $50,000 lease = a monthly payment of $1100 - $1200 for 60 mos (
    $30,000 cash back on a $60,000 lease = a monthly payment of $1350 - $1450 for 60 mos $40,000 cash back on a $80,000 lease = a monthly payment of $1700 - $1800 for 60 mos $50,000 cash back on a $100,000 lease = a monthly payment of $2200 - $2300 for 60 mos (all lease payments are taxed based on your municipality and state rules)
YOU MAY RECEIVE 2 LEASES AND 2 REBATES
(up to $100,000 cash if your business qualifies)
In comparison to a Merchant Cash Advance, this product is better.. here's why:

    1) Cost is about the same, but is spread out over longer payback term of 5 years/60 months (the factor is 1.44 for both)
    2) The payment is monthly
    3) Payment isn't auto drafted.. you pay with check from an invoice
    4) No confession of judgement forms (as those strip the borrower of their rights to fight or counter any lender errors, etc)
    5) Payment is tax deductible .
    6) Based on business credit, no personal guaranty, no personal credit check, no financials or bank statements.

Yes, as far as I understand it, the scheme is actually illegal.
