who does the best cc deals?

A merchant with that many negative days will only have MORE negative days after a split is in place. Negative days does not always = a CC Deal.

I would pass on this.

We got a deal funded with 44 NSFs in the previous month on a CC split...

Those NSF's could of occurred in a matter of 2-3 days. But when a merchant is negative for over 3/4 of the month, not even a CC deal would be viable.

Sorry Lior, in this case you were wrong. The guy has some NSF almost every single day of the month.
