Maybe Snap? I think they go out longer than 12 months. Ask for Michelle Rojas, solid rep.

He has a $500k, 12 month offer from Rapid. Why would he throw that away for 1.48 over 80 days?

Ill tell you why ? ...I get 60 emails a day of deals asking for Mantis to price-on-speed that was just killed at an A paper funder for x y or z ...so when i see a 500K offer i always know (from doing this all day since 2005) that its normal for a deal like this to no go forward from an A paper house and were on "stand-by" to price and fund same day with contracts back-in should god forbid the current deal falls off the funding grid.

if he has equity in his home or any property take it to LiftForward. They can give you term loan 3-5 years off equity if financials are good and good pricing not like wbl. if he has A/R you can try factoring or an ABL facility (probably best option)

If he has a nice A/R report or aging payables I can bring if over to my Fund for options. Terms going out 3 years and a minimum offer of 500K. PM me and we can speak further on the subject.
