i can try and work something were ull make a point or 2-- we'll underwrite as a reg deal but throw in a crazy pre pay..

I had a similar merchant, couldn't find any lender.

I had offers like this before( convinced them out of it)...Ive never seen anyone actually make the 30 days..well actually one said he did.

The problem is you are going to get paid almost nothing commission wise because they are going to base it off of the 30 days ....then he wont pull the trigger
