If you syndicate especially on a platform, usually your cut comes steadily - not at the end of repayment, and you will always get full reporting on the backend via a CRM

I received a email from a ISO claiming to be a direct funder. He used several different companies to fund these 2 deals and never paid me on the one. He claims he can hold commision for 30 business days. That has passed..Anyone have problems with "]Greenlite Capital[/ out of Florida and what can I do to get my commision?

Do you have an ISO agreement with them on file with a breakdown percentage?

Anybody can say anything but the reality is, if you're going to submit files you should always know that you need to have a signed agreement (for your protection).
