    It definitely ALL comes down to one thing..........VALUE

    Go over the top
    If you put someones money into a deal and that deal goes bad- Help out with the Collections
    If you are using a Co-Broker- Dont just send them your garbage files- send them some good ones as well
    If your dealing with a bank- Dont just throw them docs- Understand their box and package it correctly

    (I try my best to make sure that the people around me are making money- I think that is a major key)

    BRING VALUE TO THE PEOPLE YOU WORK WITH- YOUR TIME WILL BE WELL COMPENSATED FOR IN THE LONG RUN
