I have a customer that's looking to get financing secured to purchase 5 more Subway locations. Currently owns locations as well. Has 10-15% to put down but needs to include the Subway transfer fee of $7,500 in the loan or in their down payment. $170k for the first loan and $200k for the second.

They took out financing for a location in January and owe $137k to Simmons.

Looking for term, not MCA or bridge. They are not purchasing the physical buildings, so we were told SBA is out. 800 score for one owner and 650 for the other.
