Dealt with an ISO Rep named Herb at Mulligan, He is very unprofessional. On a 250k deal they dragged their feet for a week and after doing bank log in only called back today (approximately 4 days later) asking to fund it that they are going to redo login and etc. After telling him that we found a different home for this file he proceeded to harass us for the name of the funder who did the deal and then to say we are wasting his time. What are your thoughts? i personally think if in an aggressive industry such as MCA funders who take over a week to fund a deal with contracts, stips and bank login done are really asking us as ISO's to take our business else where.

Maybe he was trying to make sure no one double funded. Was there a weekend in between those 4 days? 4 days seems way too long to make a decision.

Some people like Iphones and others swear by Samsung. The point is if enough people tell you Samsung is much better...you'll likely go that route. And yet, Iphones will still kill it in the industry

After the bank verification, did you just sit and wait for all those days? Did you try calling him to get a status?

Damn - Maybe they ran out of Capital. I hear stories of funding companies running out of money and needing to shelf deals until they raise the capital.

Regardless, 4 days is wayyy too long. 2 days is way too long let alone 4. It worked out in the end though, OnDeck surprised you with what they are capable of.

Midnight you have no right to talk about anything. It's cause of half ass lenders like you the industry is going to ****. And it was Wednesday to Tuesday. And no they are not you guys they didn't steal my deal. Only Solomon tries stealing.
