Just like title says , the catch is last month due to their billing company they had plenty of neg balance days . They have been positive all month so far and have a good payment history with lenders . Paid multiple advances in the past

Anyone out there that can do this on the C / D paper niche? , We can get this signed today . Lets Go!!

Mantis put a good offer but on verification call day took 2 or 3 days and the balance happened to go Neg so they killed it and they didnt want to do again.

you should factor them instead of MCA's, they will love you for it and you'll get nice monthly residual, it will clean up their statements (no more negative days because they are waiting on their money) pay off those mca's and you can come back in with very nice 1st position offer in 2-3 months.

Because Insurance Companies pay Provider groups so erratically, and also because some providers are hesitant to leverage HIPAA AR- getting a group to be in second place on AR will be challenging to say the least. Depends on the UCC filing: how can client sell a receivable it doesn't own? Kind of like selling your house and taking the money without paying off the mortgage.

If however the first lien does NOT include AR, and/or if the verbiage on the lien can be adjusted to parse out the AR- bring in a reputable group.

it is tough when it comes to factoring anything medical. Only company I know that specializes in it is Laguna Commercial Capital. Everyone else I have ever spoken too once they hear insurance its a wrap. If this merchant is still looking for money and wants to clean up their statements I would reach out to them.
