Strategic Funding is killing the Game

So I don't really post on this forum, but I had to give a shout out to Strategic on this one. Got an offer for 350k 1.24 buy 12 months from them on Thursday. Got all stips in Friday by 2pm and they funded same day. Special shout out to Jennifer Cross and Alexx Hall over there. Got a lot of stips waived for us. Really Killing the game. (No I do not work there lol)

Alexx is great over there. She definitely gets files turned around quick as long as you get them all the stips.. Strategic always does a good job from my experience

She got a lot waived. Especially for the kind of size deal it was.

We sold it at the max of 1.32 and we gladly made 8 pts

Alex and Jennifer are some of the best reps in the business.
